Persist is an app to assist and encourages to do physical activities, like the steps you walk in the day and the stair steps you climb. It stimulates you by means of motivational phrases, goals and challenges to conquer and level up, and how to dedicate yourself to achieving your goals.
Physical activity is very important for those who seek a healthier life, and for those who are sedentary this challenge is a little bigger. But Persist is here to make your physical activities constant and fun. With persistence you can achieve a healthier life.
INTEGRATION WITH THE HEALTH APP
Persist integrates with the Apple Health app through HealthKit to get access to your count of steps, your ladder and the distance you travel through the day. Your effort is our focus and it isnt lost while we are near you.
ACCUMULATE POINTS
Your daily activities of steps and stairs are worth points that are accumulated. These points are used to level up and unlock new achievements.
FOLLOW GOALS
You have goals to hit daily, these goals are divided into steps, stairs and points. You meet your goals according to your daily efforts and you can earn extra points for each goal you perform. You can also edit your goals for steps and stages as you prefer.
LEVEL UP
According to their own cumulative survey, they are responsible to make you level up. There are several levels without app that you only discover as you go.
UNLOCK ACHIEVEMENTS
Achievements are an incentive for your physical activities and a world to be explored. You can win the achievements according to your unlock rules. Once this achievement is unlocked, you dont need to stop right there, you can win an achievement more than once.
CHECK YOUR PROGRESS
You can check your progress and identify where to improve through your History with the daily data of your activities. You can also check how far to reach the next level through your progress bar level.
